Managing connections

Connections live in different places depending on their type. This page shows where each kind is reviewed, reconfigured, and removed.

Channels (Slack, Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, Twilio, Vapi, agent email)The agent’s Channels tab — reconfigure or remove per agent.

Your own linked chat identities (Slack / Telegram / WhatsApp / Teams)Linked accounts.

Reconfiguring or removing a channel

Open the channel’s dialog from the agent’s Channels tab. Reopening a configured channel loads its current settings; secrets are shown masked, so re-enter a token only when you want to change it. To remove a channel, use its delete control (some, like WhatsApp Business, ask for confirmation first).

Reviewing app connections

In Settings → Connected Apps you can:

  • Search connected apps.
  • See each app’s connection count and the Composio profile behind it.
  • Open a connection’s details.

Because Composio profiles are reusable across agents, removing a profile affects every agent that uses it.

Managing MCP servers

In Settings → MCP Servers you can search servers, edit which tools they expose with Manage tools, and delete a server (after confirmation).

Removing your own linked identity

A workspace member can revoke a chat identity they linked (Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Teams) from Linked accounts. After revoking, the agent no longer recognizes that member by that identity.
