Managing connections
Connections live in different places depending on their type. This page shows where each kind is reviewed, reconfigured, and removed.
Where each connection lives
| Connection | Where to manage it |
|---|---|
| Channels (Slack, Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, Twilio, Vapi, agent email) | The agent’s Channels tab — reconfigure or remove per agent. |
| App connections (Composio profiles: Gmail, GitHub, Trello, Jira, etc.) | Settings → Connected Apps. |
| MCP servers | Settings → MCP Servers. |
| Your own linked chat identities (Slack / Telegram / WhatsApp / Teams) | Linked accounts. |
Reconfiguring or removing a channel
Open the channel’s dialog from the agent’s Channels tab. Reopening a configured channel loads its current settings; secrets are shown masked, so re-enter a token only when you want to change it. To remove a channel, use its delete control (some, like WhatsApp Business, ask for confirmation first).
Reviewing app connections
In Settings → Connected Apps you can:
- Search connected apps.
- See each app’s connection count and the Composio profile behind it.
- Open a connection’s details.
Because Composio profiles are reusable across agents, removing a profile affects every agent that uses it.
Managing MCP servers
In Settings → MCP Servers you can search servers, edit which tools they expose with Manage tools, and delete a server (after confirmation).
Removing your own linked identity
A workspace member can revoke a chat identity they linked (Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Teams) from Linked accounts. After revoking, the agent no longer recognizes that member by that identity.
