Weekly intel digest
You’ll build an agent that scans the market and competitors each week and emails leadership a concise intel digest on a schedule.

- Start from an Agent Hub template
- Enable web search
- Give it an email address to send from
- Schedule the weekly run
Step 1 — Start from a template
Open the Agent Hub and install a research or monitoring template, then adjust its system instructions to your watchlist: competitors, market signals, and the topics leadership cares about.
Step 2 — Turn on web search
In the Capabilities tab, enable Web Search so the digest reflects current events rather than stale data.
Step 3 — Send by email
Publish the agent and add agent mail so it can deliver the digest to your leadership list.
Step 4 — Run weekly
Create a recurring task under Automation to run the agent weekly. Set day and time in your workspace timezone and monitor the first runs. You can also use a trigger for event-based runs.
