Integrations
Integrations connect TeamMate to the tools your team already uses — so an agent can be reached on Slack, act in Gmail or Jira, or be triggered by an external event. There are four kinds.
Channels — where users reach an agent
Put an agent on a messaging or voice surface. Most are connected per-agent in the agent builder’s Channels tab; some need a one-time workspace connection in Settings → Connected Apps first.
| Channel | Docs |
|---|---|
| Slack | Slack |
| Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Teams |
| Telegram | Telegram |
| Twilio (SMS / voice) | Twilio |
| Vapi (AI voice) | Vapi |
See Channels overview for how channels work.
App integrations — what an agent can do
Let agents take actions in third-party apps (Gmail, Jira, Trello, and 100+ more) through the Composio app library, or add your own.
- Composio app library — the catalog of connectable apps.
- Trello · Jira — available via Composio.
- Custom integrations — connect an app TeamMate doesn’t list, with your own auth.
- MCP servers — connect Model Context Protocol tool servers at the workspace level.
Triggers — when an agent runs
- Webhooks overview — start an agent or workflow from an external event.
Managing connections
Workspace connections live under Settings → Connected Apps (and MCP Servers); personal channel/identity links are under Linked accounts. See Managing connections.
