Step 1 — Create the agent
Create an agent in Agents. In System instructions, define the structure: highlights, risks, KPIs vs. target, and asks for the board.
Step 2 — Add prior materials
Create a knowledge base with past decks and minutes and attach it so the assistant keeps continuity with previous narratives.
Step 3 — Connect metrics
Connect your data sources through the Composio app library or an MCP server and enable them on the agent in Integrations.
Step 4 — Return a structured pack
Enable Structured output with a schema for each section so the pack is uniform every quarter and easy to drop into a template. Test from the builder preview.
