Agent email

Agent email gives a saved agent an inbox so it can receive and respond to email. In the current builder, email lives in the Email section of the Channels tab, not in a separate builder tab.

What you can do here

  • Add an email prefix for the agent.
  • See the fixed agent mail domain suffix.
  • Copy an existing agent email address.
  • Remove an address after confirmation.
  • Open workspace Allowed Senders settings.

Add an agent email address

  1. Open Channels on a saved agent.
  2. Scroll to Email.
  3. Enter the prefix before the shown domain suffix.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Copy the generated address when it appears in the list.

Allowed prefixes can use lowercase letters, numbers, dots, hyphens, and underscores.
